Week #3: XYZ Resume Format
Fórmula XYZ
- La fórmula X-Y-Z es una técnica de redacción del currículum dedicada a resaltar los logros que el candidato ha hecho a lo largo de su carrera profesional.
- La formula funciona de la siguiente manera: “He logrado (X) medido por (Y), haciendo (Z)”.
- El método funciona así:
- X = corresponde al resultado o el logro obtenido. ¿Qué conseguiste?
- Y = es cómo se puede medir el impacto o cómo puedes justificar que efectivamente fue un éxito. ¿Cuál fue el impacto?
- Z = es la parte en la que explicas las medidas que adoptaste para llegar a la meta. ¿Cómo lo hiciste? Esta fórmula es eficaz porque se centra en los resultados.
Ejemplos
