Sport fitness

  • Each day after work I go running to keep fit and healthy
  • I need to exercise every day as i need to keep my blood pressure under control
  • Massage or accupuncture
  • My favourite exercise is jogging
  • I usually do a warm up of about 5-10 minutes
  • At the gym the personal trainer will set up 10 exercises to do and you do one exercise for example for 5 mins then you go onto next exercise for 5 mins
  • Blood circulates around the body, gives the body oxygen
  • Injury prevention and preparing the body for exercise is important to exercise
  • You get fitter by doing regular exercise
