- Each day after work I go running to keep fit and healthy
- I need to exercise every day as i need to keep my blood pressure under control

- My favourite exercise is jogging
- I usually do a warm up of about 5-10 minutes
- At the gym the personal trainer will set up 10 exercises to do and you do one exercise for example for 5 mins then you go onto next exercise for 5 mins
- Blood circulates around the body, gives the body oxygen
- Injury prevention and preparing the body for exercise is important to exercise
- You get fitter by doing regular exercise
